Translation and Interpretation services
When choosing a translator or interpreter to translate a conversation and/or document, or simply to edit the content, a lot of trust goes in to that service and the person providing it.
At LucyAsistente, I understand that I am acting as the voice of another perosn, needing to communicate not only the content and dialogue but feelings and feedback, keeping the client "in the know" and part of the conversation at all times.
Documents can be requested for translation via email or Whatsapp. You can also book me to translate in person for appointments such as doctors, mechanics, dentists, etc or over-the-phone for those more unexpected phonecalls, or maybe for a conversation that end up being more complicated than expected.
Bookkeeping
Are you self-employed in Spain? Are you thinking of going self-employed but find the paperwork too complicated?
As your fiscal assessor, before acting on your behalf, I will always offer you options, solutions or ideas to keep your taxes at a minimum.
I can register you or deregister you as you wish, keep your books up to date, including filing your quarterly tax and VAT (IVA) returns along with the necessary annual returns, including your annual tax return.
I will regularly keep you up to date on any fiscal changes throughout the year and any govermental grants that can help you and your company*.
While also providing a Financial health chart**, assistance in tax appeals, payment plans for embargoes, etc.

Virtual Assistant services
After having worked in Administration since starting my career, I found a hidden talent for organization and paperwork. Everything that seemed so strange and daunting to others, to me felt like pure logic, like putting a puzzle together and if I didn't know how-to, I always had the tools or help to learn-to.
I now offer a virtual assistant service which may be a one-off service or a monthly package.
